Moscow. 15 November 2004. Europlan has opened additional offices in Volgograd, Stavropol and Vladimir. They have become the first ones within the program planned by Europlan for 2005, on opening 18 additional offices covering 23 regions of Russia with the population of 60,000,000.
“Opening additional regional offices will make financing SME’s in these cities accessible and convenient. Clients will receive western service fully compliant with the high standards of Europlan, that are already in place in the central office and branches", said Chief Lending Officer of Europlan Maxim Bazhenov.
"We are not going to open branches as, we already have them in the most developed regions”, added Nikolay Zinoviev, President and CEO of Europlan. “Probably, by 2006 the most successful of our additional offices will evolve into branches, but in the near future, it will be some kind of pure business generators without any back-office. It concerns the cities with population of 500,000".
Today the company has 7 regional branches including Moscow office. The branches are in Saint Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Rostov, Nizhni Novgorod, Samara and Krasnodar. The share of the central office in the portfolio of the company makes 42%. The shares of the other regions are approximately equal: the Urals - 14%, the Volga region - 12%, the Southwest - 18%, and Northwest - 12%. Source: Press Service Europlan Back to News List
