Europlan leasing company celebrates its 10th Birthday on April, 21. From the very beginning in 1999 Europlan has become the leading small and medium size ticket leasing company in Russia. The company has developed its regional network, one of the widest in the country, it has become one the largest Russian leasing companies according to its capitalization, volumes and borrowings from international financial institutions. Europlan pioneered in different segments of the Russian leasing market. Europlan was the first company to acquire a leading rival on market terms. It has attracted syndicated funds for financing leasing numerous deals and built a system capable of financing thousands of contracts a month. Europlan remains the largest employer in the industry with 770 people in staff.
Having financed more than 46 500 contracts of 65 billion rubles for Russian firms and entrepreneurs, Europlan has injected tens of billion rubles in the Russian economy. Its lessees present over 12 000 companies and businessmen at the moment. They represent different economic industries and vary from big international corporations to small family businesses.
Europlan has become famous for offering three easy-to-understand leasing products called «mini» which able to satisfy different demands of Russian lessees. Due to a wide range of leasing products Europlan leads the Russian automobile leasing market for: cars, lorries, special transport, trailers, buses and self-propelled machines. Considerable automobile purchase volumes (more than 40 000 units) have allowed the company to obtain and to offer its clients considerable discounts on buying cars.
During 10 years Europlan s achievements have been frequently noticed by main leasing market experts. Since ratings were implemented, Europlan with its double-digit growth rate became a constant leader of the Russian automobile leasing market. Europlan is usually cited by Russian leasing association “Rosleasing” and a rating agency «Expert». For its birthday Europlan was awarded by magazine «Finans.» the prize - «For small and medium size business support 2009».
